There are two essential fatty acids, Linoleic acid (omega 6) and Alpha-Linclenic
acid (omega 3).
The omega 3 family include LNA (flax seed, hemp seed, soybean), SDA (black
current seed), EPA (cold water fish) and DHA (cold water fish). EPA is used in

How Do They Work
